As part of the Abbey Christian Brother's Grammar School link with local primary schools, P6's and P7's have been invited to visit a variety of departments in the school on Monday 13th December and sample lessons across the curriculum.
The Technology Department are leading the way on this day as they are having a rocket launching competition. Primary schools in the area shall be competing against each other in teams of 3 or 4, when they shall be designing rockets and launching these in the school yard towards a 'grand target'. The primary children shall be assisted by lower and upper sixth A level Technology pupils.
